How long does it take for me to receive my order?

What payment methods do you support?
Our payment system is provided by PayPal. So you can use PayPal and credit card to complete the order payment.
Can I purchase it for myself?
Of course, we support retail. You can choose any product you like and pay directly online.
After completing the payment, what do I need to do to receive the package?
You can check if your delivery information is correct. Other than that, all you need to do is wait while we complete everything and deliver the package to you.
Do you provide invoices?

What is your return and exchange policy?

How do I change my shipping address?
If you find that your delivery information is wrong, please contact us immediately. Once your package has been sent, we cannot guarantee that it can be corrected and we are not responsible for any losses caused by it.
How do I track the status of my order?

How do I receive customer support?
After you register, we will assign you a one-to-one customer service manager who will send you an email within 24 hours of your registration. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder. Or send an email to [email protected] and we will deal with it immediately.

Normally we will put your order in one package. But if your order is too large, we will send it in multiple packages to comply with the courier’s shipping policy.
